22 Aug 2025, Friday – Thai lo-fi pop-jazz singer VARITDA invites listeners to step into the thrill of the unknown with her new EP OMW (On My Way) — a warm, playful blend of nostalgic harmonies, dynamic jazz rhythms, and modern lo-fi textures.

Built on a foundation of rich, acapella-style harmonies inspired by the golden age of Doo-wop, OMW dances between lo-fi pop charm and jazz waltz sophistication. The result is a sound that feels like a familiar embrace, yet full of fresh energy. Beneath its breezy, lighthearted exterior lies a message about growth, self-discovery, and embracing change — reminding us that the journey is just as meaningful as where we’re headed.

“The song OMW is about saying yes to the adventure, even if you don’t know exactly where it leads,” VARITDA shares. “It’s about trusting yourself, finding joy in the process, and being open to what life throws your way.”

The EP also gathers three fan-favorite singles that showcase VARITDA’s signature fusion of jazz sophistication and lo-fi warmth:

  • Never Mine – A bittersweet love story for anyone who has felt torn between wanting something and knowing it’s out of reach. Produced by Kasidej Hongladaromp (WIM) and NACHE CHAN, its timeless jazzy stylings and modern lo-fi twist capture the ache of love that could never be.
  • twenty-first – Love doesn’t need to be loud, it just needs to be real. Written in collaboration with Jamie Song (A-Team Korea) and inspired by the anniversary date of VARITDA and her husband, this jazz-pop love song drifts in a lo-fi dream, with soft, moody chords and lyrics about devotion, serendipity, and love’s quiet constancy.
  • SUGAR – Sweet and playful with dreamy city pop vibes, SUGAR is a love confession wrapped in candy-coated metaphors. Groovy, lush, and irresistibly fun, it’s the sonic equivalent of your favorite treat — complete with a charming rom-com-inspired MV starring actor Tor Thanapob that surpassed 1M views in its first week.

With its mix of fresh warmth and beloved hits, OMW is both a celebration of how far VARITDA has come and an invitation to join her on the road ahead.
