Netflix Philippines has released a fun, nostalgic video featuring none other than Tito Boy Abunda to highlight the ’90s throwback and throwbot themes found in THE ELECTRIC STATE.
In the clip, Tito Boy hosts a segment of Showbzz and takes viewers to a reimagined ‘90s entertainment world—where the lives of Filipino showbiz icons like Gladys Reyes, Claudine Barretto, and Raymund Marasigan (among others) are closely intertwined with and inspired by robots. This intriguing concept offers a fascinating glimpse into a world where humans and robots co-exist—a nod to the characters’ complex lives in Netflix’s newest sci-fi film THE ELECTRIC STATE.
