company’s successful programs for workplace equity at the CCI France Philippines’ gathering for women’s month
Makati, Philippines– TP, a global leader in digital business services, showcased its journey and
achievements for women empowerment in the workplace at an intimate gathering of business
leaders and community advocates hosted by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the
Philippines (CCIFP).
Themed “Partners in Progress: Inclusive Leadership for Lasting Change,” the high-level gathering
focused on successful initiatives and programs that drive and celebrate the contributions of women
in businesses and communities across the nation.
TP in the Philippines HR Director Neil Norman Littaua, as the event’s keynote speaker and panelist,
highlighted the sustained advocacy of the company in the task to attain gender equity in the
workplace. “In 2016, we started enhancing the rigor of our strategic approach towards gender
equity. We need to listen more to women to empower more women and to involve them in finding
[the right] solutions and creating [safe] spaces. Our community is always part of this endeavor, and
we continue to learn through our partners and fellow advocates.”
Littaua also emphasized how TP’s comprehensive inclusivity and diversity strategy is deeply
embedded across all areas of the business, leading to a milestone achievement of having 57%
women in management roles in 2024.
Through the years, TP in the Philippines has progressively driven the growth of women in leadership
roles, with representation on the executive team growing substantially from 9% in 2021 to 22% in
2023. In 2024, TP promoted its first female Chief Operating Officer, Tanya Famador, who also co-
founded and chaired TP Women PH.
TP Women works to empower women by providing mentorship programs, fostering professional
development, and creating leadership opportunities. Furthermore, TP actively participates in
national and regional workplace gender equality programs and engages with industry diversity,
equity, and inclusion networks such as the Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment
(PBCWE) and Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP).
In addition to supporting women empowerment in the workplace through TP Women, TP’s
overarching inclusion and diversity strategy also supports the LGBTQIA+ community and persons
with disability.
