If you follow me on my socials ( @ica_cheng on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) you might have heard the news that I was the lucky winner of a Xiaomi 12 phone! I won their flagship phone during the Xiaomi 12 series online media launch. Those who joined the social media contest were asked to share what kind of ‘master’ they are. From being a master of productivity, creativity of play. I shared how I was a master of productivity, being a geek mom, a freelance writer, content creator and real time analyst. Finally my Xiaomi 12 unit came in yesterday and we immediately did an initial unboxing video shoot and took some photos. I was secretly hoping that it would be the purple variant-and it was! That was definitely the cherry on top. I also love that the box already has a clear case. Thanks, Xiaomi!
My initial impression of the Xiaomi 12 was its size, it’s not like the big smartphones that can almost pass as mini tablets. It fits snugly in the palm of my hand and since I’m always on-the-go, and as a certified Tita, always carrying so many things at one, having a smartphone that is just the right size will definitely make the difference in getting all those to-do lists accomplished.
Not that its size is a hindrance to its performance.
