Focus is on the background.\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">I&#8217;ve been shooting for quite some time. \u00a0As a photojournalist of our College School Paper (where Ica and I met by the way), I&#8217;ve also always been an enthusiast of film SLR and of course now a digital photographer. \u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">As I was shooting back then I didn&#8217;t understand how camera gets proper exposure, and how to control the camera prior to taking the shot. \u00a0I was naive and stupid back then, my thoughts were: &#8220;As long as I&#8217;m there, camera and film in tow I&#8217;ll be able to take good pictures.&#8221; &#8211; This maybe true in some cases if I rely on A Mode or full-automatic settings.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"tr-caption-container\" style=\"float:left;margin-right:1em;text-align:left;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/teampcheng.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/06\/e310a-buboy.jpg\" style=\"margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/teampcheng.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/06\/e310a-buboy.jpg\" height=\"400\" width=\"286\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"tr-caption\" style=\"text-align:center;\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">5-0 from the right. I should&#8217;ve captured when he mounted the rail.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">I regret not researching, testing and asking about (this was in the 90&#8217;s internet was still slow and connection was unstable). \u00a0I hate the fact that I have no one else to ask when it comes to photography (school). \u00a0Looking back I&#8217;m ashamed of my prints as it doesn&#8217;t have any thought or any hint of creativity. \u00a0It&#8217;s just a snapshot nothing else.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">Around 2009 was the first taste of digital photography, there was this curious itch that came about. \u00a0I wanted to know more, understand how to control.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">The itch became a thirst that needed to be quenched, thus the acquisition of my own Canon 500d (July 2010).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">If it weren&#8217;t for affordable entry level DSLRs and rich resource all over the internet, everything will be the same. \u00a0I&#8217;d still be the same snap shooter.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;\">As I compare my prints to what I have shot lately, I have come far but not far enough.
