Just in case you didn\u2019t know, July 6 is National Fried Chicken Day!  This is the one day solely dedicated to the crispy, golden, and delicious fried chicken that Filipinos dearly love.  Although there is no curated historical information on how fried chicken really started in the Philippines, it is undeniable that fried chicken is one of Filipinos\u2019 comfort food, loved by kids and the kids at heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chicken is not only delicious but also nutritious because it is a good source of protein and has Vitamin B12 which supports bone health and red blood cell formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
