\u201cCall Me When You Land<\/strong>\u201d is the new single from the upcoming album by British-Norwegian pop group a1, celebrating their 25th anniversary as a band. Musically it\u2019s a throwback to their earlier ballad hits like \u201cEverytime\u201d, \u201cLike a Rose\u201d and \u201cOne More Try\u201d. Written during the pandemic, the song is about treasuring the moments we have with our loved ones while we can. It\u2019s written by the band, consisting of Ben Adams, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read and Paul Marazzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a1 had their first breakthrough in the UK in 1999 with a collection of hit singles taken from their debut album, \u00abHere We Come\u00bb. They went on to have many international top 10 and number 1 hits, including songs like \u201cCaught in the middle\u201d, \u201cTake on me\u201d, \u201cEverytime\u201d, \u201cSame old brand new you\u201d and \u201cLike a Rose\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With eight top ten hits and two number one\u2019s in the UK, they sold millions of physical albums as well as winning a Brit Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCall Me When You Land\u201d is released at the start of their Asian tour “a1 TWENTY FIVE\u201d, still touring the world extensively after more than two decades on the road.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
