This unique management trainee initiative features an intensive 12-month holistic strategic leadership and management development program where employees get exposed to various aspects of the fintech and banking industries such as digital channels, data analytics, strategic finance, and product development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inaugural Maverick Management Program kicked off with longtime partner Ateneo de Manila University and is part of the Bank\u2019s ongoing academic partnership with Ateneo\u2019s John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM).
