Renowned producer and 2X GRAMMY-nominated<\/strong> artist Steve Aoki <\/strong>has unveiled his 9th studio album, \u2018Paragon.<\/strong>\u2019 The story of \u2018Paragon\u2019<\/strong> builds off of the expansive Hiroquest <\/strong>universe Aoki<\/strong> has established through his music, trading cards, and a newly released graphic novel<\/a>. The album showcases the contemporary global dance sounds Aoki encounters during his 200+ concerts each year. It features his latest collab with Kid Cudi<\/strong>, the vibrant sounds of South Africa on \u201cMad<\/strong>\u201d with Moonchild Sanelly<\/strong> and the Amapiano-heavy \u201cVisa<\/strong>\u201d in collaboration with Major League DJZ<\/strong>. \u201cBum Bum<\/strong>\u201d with Natalh\u00e3o<\/strong> highlights Brazilian Baile Funk, while \u201cGet Lower<\/strong>\u201d with Lil Jon<\/strong> blends American hip-hop with EDM. Accompanying the album, Aoki released the vibrant music video for “Heavenly Hell<\/strong>,” a collaboration with three-time, Grammy award-winning hitmaker NE-YO<\/strong>. Sonically, the album is a snapshot of an Aoki concert experience, full of high-energy moments. One of the biggest songs in Aoki\u2019s<\/strong> sets is his remix of Kid Cudi\u2019s \u201cPursuit Of Happiness.\u201d<\/strong> The pair reunite on \u2018Paragon<\/strong>\u2019with \u201cElectrowavebaby 2.0<\/strong>,\u201d another contagious crossover anthem. Elsewhere on the album, \u201cLose My Mind<\/strong>\u201d with K?D<\/strong>, \u201cVoices In My Head<\/strong>\u201d   with Bassjackers (featuring Teddy Bee)<\/strong>, and \u201cBetter Run\u201d<\/strong> with Just_us provide festival-ready electro sounds, while \u201cPlay The Track<\/strong>\u201d with 22Bullet provides a melodic techno vibe. From the studio to the stage, Aoki’s passion for pushing boundaries and exploring new sonic landscapes shines through in every track. His previous album \u2018<\/strong>HiROQUEST 2: Double Helix<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 <\/strong>was inspired by nostalgia and the dynamic sounds of contemporary dance, Latin music, and more.
