Manila, Philippines (March 6, 2025) \u2014<\/strong> HUAWEI has showcased its unique tri-fold phone, the HUAWEI Mate XT at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC 2025), which kicked off last March 3 in Barcelona, Spain. The event also featured various other high-end, fashion-forward, and technology-driven flagship products from HUAWEI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees were able to visit dedicated experience zones for foldables, health and fitness, photography, and tools for creative work. These zones allowed them to see firsthand how HUAWEI\u2019s latest technologies apply to daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlocking a World of Possibilities with HUAWEI\u2019s Smartphones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many were particularly excited to see the HUAWEI Mate XT, the world’s first commercial tri-fold smartphone. It features proprietary hinge and screen technologies that have allowed HUAWEI to build a phone where the screen folds inward on one hinge and outward on another. It’s also equipped with a camera which features 10-size adjustable physical aperture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the HUAWEI Consumer BG booth, a large screen utilizing naked-eye 3D effects further showcased the merits of the unique tri-fold phone. The Intelligence Scenario experience zone allowed attendees to get a firsthand experience of features including Multi-exposure and AI retouch. The HUAWEI Mate X6 area took on a novel approach by showcasing some of the innovative materials that go into the phone. Attendees were invited to cut ice with a sheet of graphene, to experience for themselves the amazing thermal conductivity of the material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discovering Next-Level Health Monitoring with HUAWEI Wearables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, smart wearables have become a powerful engine of growth for HUAWEI\u2019s consumer business. HUAWEI\u2019s accumulated wearable shipments for the first three quarters of 2024 put the tech brand ahead in the wearable space. Last September, HUAWEI launched the HUAWEI TruSense System, which not only monitors health and fitness data but also analyzes users\u2019 health status. The system, featured at the event in Barcelona, is a thorough revamp of the company’s previous health metrics system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To showcase its extensive range of wearables, HUAWEI simulated real-life sports and health scenarios. In the cycling experience area, participants were able to experience the fast and accurate vital sign monitoring capabilities of the HUAWEI TruSense System by comparing real-time heart rate data from professional sports heart rate monitors with heart rate data captured by the HUAWEI WATCH GT 5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Health Glance zone, visitors witnessed a demonstration of the multiple health indicators measured by HUAWEI WATCH D2, the first smart wearable to feature ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. HUAWEI also brought a lineup of smart wearables that offer a premium on-wrist experience with exceptional design and smart features. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating Beyond Imagination with GoPaint on HUAWEI MatePad Tablets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HUAWEI has its sights set on both professional and aspiring creatives with this year’s MatePad Pro 13.2-inch 2025 with the industry\u2019s leading flexible OLED PaperMatte Display. PaperMatte Display is a proprietary standard for HUAWEI tablet displays that deliver vibrant colors while minimizing glare. It also gives users a pen-on-paper writing and drawing experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd generation) is intended for use with the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 13.2-inch 2025. With its 10,000-level pressure sensitivity, the HUAWEI M-Pencil lets users make the most out of GoPaint’s extensive virtual brushes. During the event in Barcelona, the GoPaint experience zone attracted crowds with an exhibition of works created by artists from around the world using HUAWEI MatePad’s exclusive GoPaint software, which is powered by a professional brush engine and FangTian Painting Engine 2.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 13.2-inch 2025 also features a PC-level WPS Office suite with a familiar laptop interface for seamless productivity without the heavy weight. Users can enjoy flexible window zooming, smooth keyboard-and-mouse-based interactions, and enhanced multitasking efficiency, with the Live-Multitask feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
