For immediate release \u2014 Cambodian superstar rapper VannDa<\/strong> is set to release a trilogy of mini-albums entitled TREYVISAI<\/em><\/strong> (Khmer for \u201cThe Compass\u201d), with the first installment dropping on March 14th<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TREYVISAI I: The Search for Light <\/em><\/strong>introduces high-energy flex tracks like “Out of My Mind”, “Me, My Flow, and I”, and “Fishing” which have already emerged as fan favorites during the exclusive listening party experience in Aeon 3 Main Hall in Phnom Penh on January 24th and 25th. This mini-album sets a triumphant, celebratory tone while hinting at the deeper themes to be explored in subsequent releases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lead track \u201cSmoke Up<\/strong>\u201d features a collaboration with Thai rap icon YOUNGOHM<\/strong> marking a significant moment in Southeast Asian Hip-hop\u2014showcasing the synergy between two of Southeast Asia\u2019s biggest rap icons, blending their unique styles over VannDa\u2019s signature production. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOUNGOHM expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “When VannDa reached out, it felt like the perfect fit. I\u2019ve followed his career and really respect what he\u2019s built. \u2018Smoke Up\u2019 was a natural collaboration, and I\u2019m excited for our fans in Thailand, Cambodia, and beyond to experience it.” <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VannDa echoed this sentiment, saying, “I have a lot of respect for YoungOhm\u2014he\u2019s a versatile artist who can do so many things, just like me. When we hung out, I felt a kindred spirit. A notable collaboration on this mini-album includes Laotian Star, Thinlamphone<\/strong>, on “Lovesick Blue”, a song that has already resonated with fans during early previews. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The final installment, TREYVISAI III: The Return to Sovannaphum<\/em><\/strong>, due on May 1st<\/strong>, marks VannDa\u2019s reclamation of identity and purpose, merging his past and future into a powerful artistic statement. Building on the massive breakout success of global hit “Time to Rise<\/strong><\/a>“, this mini-album not only continues his evolution but leverages that momentum to invite fans to explore the next chapter of his journey. By blending traditional Khmer sounds with modern influences, this release serves as a time capsule for Cambodian music, pushing sonic boundaries while honoring cultural roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
