The selection process, led by Great Place To Work\u00ae, is highly competitive and grounded in rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. To qualify, companies must first be Great Place To Work Certified\u2122 and achieve a minimum score of 65% on the Trust Index\u00a9 Survey\u2014a globally recognized benchmark for workplace excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
