Towards the end of December 2024, LBC recorded \u20b114.30 billion in service revenues, a slight decrease from \u20b114.51 billion in 2023, amid ongoing industry challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retail logistics segment remained the primary revenue driver which covers courier, air cargo, and balikbayan box services, contributing \u20b110.24 billion (74% of total revenues). While the growing corporate logistics segment that includes freight forwarding, e-commerce, and business solutions, accounted for \u20b13.56 billion (25% of total revenues)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to market pressures, LBC focused on making their operations more streamlined and cost-effective. The company successfully reduced the cost of services from \u20b111.47 billion in 2023 to \u20b111.17 billion. This enabled a 3% increase in gross profit of \u20b13.12 billion compared to the \u20b13.05 billion the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Net income from operations after tax\u2014excluding non-cash valuation impacts\u2014rose to \u20b1416.64 million, a significant 45% increase from \u20b1286.91 million in 2023. This<\/p>\n\n\n\n
