Grammy \u00ae-winning global multi-platinum singer songwriter TYLA<\/strong> has reemerged with her first new project since her historic debut album. The new bundle of songs, WWP<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, features the new singles \u201cBLISS\u201d and \u201cIS IT<\/strong><\/a>,\u201d and more brand-new music. The four-track project features production from P. Priime and Sammy Soso along with a guest appearance by WizKid on \u201cDYNAMITE.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following her homecoming shows in South Africa to end the year, the singer was adamant about returning to the studio. WWP<\/em> is the first glimpse into those sessions, and its title is self-explanatory. With party-starters \u201cBLISS\u201d and \u201cIS IT\u201d already impacting everywhere from the charts to high-profile Coca-Cola marketing campaigns, TYLA adds to the jubilee \u201cDYNAMITE\u201d and the enticing \u201cMR. MEDIA,\u201d songs that invite the listener to the dance floor without sacrificing any of TYLA\u2019s vocal valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDYNAMITE,\u201d TYLA\u2019s new collaboration with fellow African star WizKid, is one of the most hotly-coveted linkups in recent memory. For months, TYLA has teased the song at her global appearances – most recently at an exclusive listening session in London. Across social media her audience has expressed its anticipation for the official release of the song, the origins of which can be traced back to 2022. \u201cWhen I thought of doing a mixtape called \u2018WWP,\u2019 I went back to all my old demos and I remembered the Wiz one,\u201d TYLA told her London audience in July. \u201cAnd it was still good, like, after three years! I just told him, \u2018Let\u2019s finish it because I want to drop it\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TYLA\u2019s upwards trajectory continues, as she reaps the benefits of the impact of her debut campaign, which included the distinction of being the highest-charting African female soloist in Billboard 200 and Hot 100 history, as well as the first GRAMMY nomination and victory of her career. In addition TYLA\u2019s standout singles \u201cPUSH 2 START\u201d and \u201cJUMP\u201d from her deluxe album TYLA+ are now RIAA Certified Gold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The success of \u201cBLISS,\u201d which can be heard in the new Coca-Cola campaign \u201cRoad Trip,\u201d is a testament to her megastar profile, and she\u2019s enjoyed a summer lined with multi-faceted highlights, from her contribution to the Smurfs<\/em> soundtrack, \u201cEverything Goes Blue,\u201d to headlining appearances at the world-renowned Open\u2019er Festival in Poland and Tipsy Festival in Barbados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TYLA is also expected to perform at the highly revered Global Citizen Festival in New York this coming September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
