The latest installment features the remarkable talent of <strong>David Jezreel Lizardo Pamplona<\/strong>, popularly known as <strong>Chef Dabo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event, which took place at <em>Guevarra\u2019s <\/em>in San Juan City, Metro Manila on August 18, 2025, highlighted Chef Dabo\u2019s contributions to Dubai\u2019s multicultural dining landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Managing Director, Head Chef, and Co-Founder of <strong>Naimas Caf\u00e9 &amp; Bistro <\/strong>in Dubai, Chef Dabo brings with him 13 years of culinary experience, honed by his innovative approach and commitment to quality. According to his profile, his expertise in Pan-Asian, Latin American, and Filipino cuisines have won him multiple awards, including four Gold Medals at the <strong>Salon Culinaire Dubai<\/strong> and a <strong>PRO Chef 2019<\/strong> finalist spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDubai is a global dining hub, and Filipino cuisine is so versatile it fits any culture,\u201d says Chef Dabo. \u201cMy goal is to make our ingredients as globally recognized as sushi or curry\u2014distinct, respected, and true to their roots.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The multi-awarded Dubai chef adds, \u201cI mixed fine-dining techniques with authentic Filipino flavors.
