In Southeast Asia, the film generated over $8M to date, with Malaysia ($2M) and Thailand ($1.7M) leading the regional charge, opening at All Industry No.1 in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled by the success of <em>Zootopia 2<\/em> across Southeast Asia.\u201d said Rachel Fong, Executive Director and Studio General Manager, The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia. \u201cWhile <em>Zootopia<\/em> showed that anything is possible when you believe in yourself, <em>Zootopia 2<\/em> shows the importance of community \u2014 and what we can achieve together when we overcome our differences. A Zootopia-inspired setup debuted at SM Mall of Asia, while a <em>Zootopia 2<\/em> bus toured Metro Manila\u2019s main roads, schools, universities, and parks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Walt Disney Animation Studios\u2019 <em>Zootopia 2<\/em>, rookie cops Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) find themselves on the twisting trail of a great mystery when Gary De\u2019Snake (voice of Ke Huy Quan) arrives in Zootopia and turns the animal metropolis upside down. To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before. The film also features the voices of Fortune Feimster, Andy Samberg, Idris Elba, Patrick Warburton, Quinta Brunson, Nate Torrence, and Shakira, who returns as Gazelle.
