With the 2025 theme \u201cEmpower Our Future,\u201d the company came together to champion mindful snacking, community engagement, and sustainability actions. Mondel\u0113z International employees celebrated Purpose Day by taking part in numerous activities that embodied the purpose and mission of the organization<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One highlight of this year\u2019s celebration was the culmination of the 4th Walk, Run, Bike, and Workout (WRBW) Challenge, a company-wide fitness initiative that encouraged everyone to take charge of their health and live mindfully. Over the course of two months, almost 100 challengers logged over 12 million steps, 5,600 kilometers of running, 4,400 kilometers of biking, and nearly 250,000 calories burned. The friendly competition encouraged colleagues to make time for movement and build healthier habits while having fun along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur Purpose Day reminds us that empowering our future starts with us,\u201d said Aleli Arcilla, Managing Director of Mondel\u0113z International. \u201cThrough the Walk, Run, Bike, and Workout Challenge, we are not only promoting an active lifestyle but also encouraging our people to make mindful choices every day. Volunteers from the organization lent their time preparing and packing meal kits for students of <strong>South Daang Hari Elementary School<\/strong> in Taguig, providing nutritious snacks and food packs for the young learners. The activity reflected the company\u2019s Purpose and its advocacy for Mindful Snacking, showing how empowerment begins with caring for others and sharing what we know about balanced nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with its purpose, the company also highlighted its strong commitment to sustainability. As part of its #SustainableSnacking journey, Mondel\u0113z International continues to go above and beyond compliance by being a zero waste to landfill site.
