Manila, 14 April 2026 \u2013 <\/strong>The Philippines is confirmed to participate in the inaugural Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026, with Bangkok, Thailand set to host the Grand Final on 14 November 2026. For the Philippines, participation highlights the country\u2019s strong music culture and positions Filipino talent on a wider regional platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Voxovation together with Thailand\u2019s S2O Productions and Channel 3, announced on 31 March that Eurovision Song Contest Asia <\/strong>will debut in 2026, with Bangkok selected as the Host City for its inaugural edition, bringing together ten countries across Asia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first edition is expected to feature at least 10 participating countries, including South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bringing the world’s largest live TV event to Asia, Eurovision Song Contest is now opening a new chapter shaped by the region\u2019s diversity, creativity and cultural identity, and grounded in the same spirit that has always defined the contest: United by Music<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
