These improvements contributed to a positive support experience during the first half of the year, with nearly 90% of driver-partners reporting satisfaction with Maxim&#8217;s customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Driver\u2019s Help section serves as an in-app guide where driver-partners can find answers to frequently asked questions, learn more about Maxim\u2019s services, and access essential information without needing to contact customer support for common concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the new guide, important information about working with Maxim is always at driver-partners\u2019 fingertips, helping them perform orders more efficiently and improve service quality. The Driver\u2019s Help section is now available through the Taxsee Driver application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the launch of the new guide, Maxim has strengthened its customer support by improving both response times and service quality. The company regularly updates its support procedures, monitors service quality, maintains consistent standards in handling inquiries, and reviews driver-partner feedback to continuously enhance the support experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company reported that its support team responds to 81% of driver inquiries within the first 24 hours, while 22% of simple inquiries receive a response within the first 15 minutes. More complex concerns may require additional time to ensure an accurate resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAt Maxim, we continuously invest in solutions that make it easier for driver-partners to perform orders and access support whenever they need it.
