Puerto Princesa City, Palawan – More than 2,500 runners braved inclement weather to take part in the Puerto Princesa leg of the PalawanPay Trilogy Marathon on October 18, bringing the three-city running series closer to its culminating race in Manila on November 28. The event also marked the Palawan Marathon\u2019s 10th year in the city, making the second leg a special milestone for the Palawan Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the successful Cebu leg, the Puerto Princesa race continued the Trilogy Marathon\u2019s mission to promote an active lifestyle while supporting underserved communities. The Palawan Group\u2019s founders, executives, employees, community organizations, and sukis joined the event, returning to the city where the Group began and its running journey first took shape through the Palawan Express Marathon.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cIt is encouraging to see our employees take part in the Trilogy Marathon alongside our founders, partners, and members of the community. The PalawanPay Trilogy Marathon also advances social advocacy through Malasakit in Motion, upholding the Palawan Group\u2019s commitment to serbisyong may Malasakit along with the running community.  Proceeds from the three-leg series will help fund fully equipped emergency ambulances for underserved communities in Aklan and South Cotabato, extending the event\u2019s impact to communities that need better access to emergency medical services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Puerto Princesa leg was held in partnership with the Puerto Princesa City Government as part of the local celebrations surrounding the Subaraw Festival happening on November 26, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Trilogy Marathon will conclude on November 28, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. Runners can join the final leg of the three-city series and support its advocacy. Visit the official Race Roster page<\/a> for event details and registration updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
