The exciting and promising band It All Started In May just celebrated their second anniversary and they spent it with their fans through a sold-out event dubbed “Saan Nagsimula? – Ikalawang Anibersaryo” last May 29, 2026 at The Millas Cafe in Cubao, Quezon City.

It was definitely a night to remember. Not only did they mark exactly two years since they formed in May 2024, but they also celebrated the first anniversary of their debut single “O’ Kay Tamis”—which already has over 1 million streams on Spotify. That’s definitely a huge accomplishment for the band, and they wanted to share it with the fans who continue to support them and their music.

The gig also served as the launch for their brand new single, “Di Ko Man Masambit,” which was released on the day of the event. The track immediately landed on Spotify’s New Music Friday Philippines and then quickly made its way to the “All New OPM” and “.ph” playlists. 

The evening featured performances by the band, plus special sets from Ian Quiruz and Shirebound. As for the fans who showed up, they got an exclusive treat: a first-look at the music videos for the band’s songs “Paraiso” and “Di Ko Man Masambit” which are now available on the YouTube channel of Universal Records. Also present during the event were fellow Universal Records artists brei and girl group FINA, whose member Heaven appears in the “Paraiso” music video.

Proving how It All Started In May is on the right track, the band continues to be booked and busy. The day after the event, they performed at the Honor 600 Series First Day Sale at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall and then had a gig at Jess & Pat’s that night. Their June calendar is filled with events at Mojica’s Jardin and E-Tunes in Cavite, Jess & Pat’s, Takeover in Katipunan, 123 Block, and in Baguio.
