The P-Pop quartet, composed of CHRLS, Yuuki, JP, and Sev, is known for writing and producing music that is fun, fresh, and full of feeling. This new track is no different. With its anthemic lyrics, effortless harmonies, and heart-pounding melody, “Forever Young” is set to be your next LSS.
Co-written by Lee Dong Ho with members, CHRLS and JP, “Forever Young” is about making the most out of life at any age. People tend to lose touch with their inner child as they grow older, and “Forever Young” is a reminder to treasure every second, follow your dreams, and live in the moment. “Sometimes we are all exhausted because of the responsibilities that we have in life, but we wanted people to know that they also need to take care of themselves and have some time off to relax and do the things they love to make themselves feel better. We hope that when they listen to this song, they can forget about their worries,” says composer/producer JP.
The group’s endless positivity, enthusiasm, and feel-good approach to their music make them one of the most endearing and exciting new groups to watch. The group experienced firsthand the limitations of the ongoing pandemic and its challenges to their musical aspirations. Still, they refused to let it hinder their spirits, spurring them to write a flurry of new songs that spread a message of love and hope to their fans.
