Alongside their second album, their standalone single “BUDDING” is selected as opening song for TV Anime “Iwamoto-Senpai no Suisen”
TOKYO, JAPAN, 3 July 2026 – THE JET BOY BANGERZ from EXILE TRIBE (TJBB) officially released their second studio album, JET BANGIN’. Composed of 10 members, the LDH Japan group follows up their breakout run with a project that fully captures their evolution, singing ability, and signature dancing charm.
JET BANGIN’ features 11 songs including the wildly popular drama theme songs “Masaka Nakutowa Omowanakatta” and “Let’s Dance,” alongside “HEAD UP introduced by Zeebra,” a track collaboration featuring Zeebra, a pioneering frontrunner of the Japanese HIP HOP scene.
Anchoring the project is the album’s lead song, “BLACK SHEEP”, the track embodies a profound respect and homage to Michael Jackson’s iconic 1980s and 1990s eras, serving as a fierce, high-energy vehicle that highlights the deep artistic influence on the group’s vocalists and performers alike.
The album further explores new styles with tracks tailored for both the airwaves and the stage. “Snaps” delivers a smooth, chill summer love song. In stark contrast, “THE BIG BANG” is a relentless, explosive dance track engineered to fully unleash TJBB’s raw power and energetic choreography, promising an overwhelming, show-stopping experience during live sets. Rounding out the new material is “Day by Day,” a deeply positive, groovy dance tune that tackles daily confusion and anxiety. With its refreshing beats and uplifting melody, the song inspires listeners to keep moving forward step by step at their own pace, naturally lifting spirits and cementing its place as a future live tour staple.
TJBB will follow up the album release with a brand-new, standalone digital single. Dropping on Friday, July 3, the new track “BUDDING” serves as the opening theme song for the upcoming TV anime “Iwamoto-senpai no Seisen”, which is scheduled to premiere on TOKYO MX and Sun TV on Saturday, July 4.
