Fun-filled challenges will allow your family to grow stronger in mind and body, together. The best part? Friends from your favorite cartoons We Bare Bears, The Amazing World of Gumball, Teen Titans Go! will be there to cheer you on.
Cartoon Network will upload a themed video every Saturday for fans to follow until September 11. Anyone can join, so make sure you do your stretches and get ready to sweat! Winners will be decided based on challenge completion, perseverance and creativity.
Fitness coaches Melissa Gohing, Enzo Bonoan, Jo Sebastian, Eileen Ramos and hosts, The Montero Family, will guide you through the challenges every week and teach you about different facets of health and fitness through Toon Challenge Zones.

WEEK TWO – HEALTHY MONSTER MEALS (Saturday, August 28)
Guided by Jo Sebastian, Fit Fam challengers must prepare a Healthy Monster Meal-inspired by Monster Beach.
WEEK THREE – AMAZING WORLD OF EXERCISE (Saturday, September 4)
Exercise your different muscle groups in this challenge zone led by Enzo Bonoan.
BONUS WORKOUT – FLOW OF THE BEAR (September 4)
Upload a video of yourself in a calming animal flow or yoga session directed by Eileen Ramos and inspired by the three bros from We Bare Bears.
LIVE Broadcast Awards Ceremony (Saturday, September 11)
The event ends with a live awards ceremony hosted by the Montero family where the grand reveal of Cartoon Network’s Fit Fam Champion will take place.
