It was our first time to try a realme phone and needless to say that we enjoyed taking it with us during events to shoot, capture, create, and post content. As content creators, and since we often attend events, a handy phone that cna take good photos and videos is a must.
We got to use the realme 12 + 5G, the brand’s latest midrange phone. And we were impressed by the wide dynamic range of the camera. The photos came out with nice vivid colors, the contrast was also impressive, There was minimal shutter drag. The portrait mode is easy to use, just a tip: don’t go beyond a 2.8/F.
The video did not disappoint as well, as the focus is able to keep track of the subject. The video stabilization is also impressive. You can use this phone to take lots and lots of videos for your content. Or even just to store memories! The front camera is equally impressive, whether taking selfies or shooting video with it.
Brought the phone to a two day music festival. a local bar gig and a number of events and we used it to capture and to create content, needless to say, we were happy with the results.
I also tried its recording feature, and was impressed to find out that you can take photos while recording and mark it in your recording for reference. And as someone who often attends press conferences, this feature is really helpful.
Because we take lots of photos and videos, storage can be a problem but with the realme 12 + 5 G, that’s no longer an issue since it comes with an 8GB + 128GB memory with a maximum option of ROM: 128G.
