Delinquent Society steps into a new chapter with “Kuha Bag,” a hard-hitting yet reflective record featuring Rjay Ty. Fresh off their recent performances at All Of The Noise and Apotheka as part of the Certified Tour, the collective continues to cement its place in the local hip-hop scene through music rooted in grit, ambition, and community.
After the success of their first collaboration, “YATKAPE” (2019), Delinquent Society built a genuine friendship with Rjay Ty over the years. More than a song about money or success, “Kuha Bag” reflects their shared journey as artists, from struggling creatives to being able to support themselves and their families through music.
Created during a late-night studio session in Manila with longtime collaborator SCOOP DOGG, “Kuha Bag” captures the pressure and hunger behind chasing success while staying grounded in where you came from. Built around cinematic production, sharp lyricism, and an undeniable sense of urgency, the track reflects Delinquent Society’s mindset of continuing to push forward regardless of circumstance.
“This track is for everyone who feels stuck in the hood and is still trying to find a way out,” shares Aud. More than a record about money, “Kuha Bag” speaks to resilience, composure, and the determination to keep moving forward despite the odds.
Outside the studio, Delinquent Society continues to grow its cultural footprint through collaborations with New Era Philippines and local streetwear brands Progress, Gnarly, and Vestigial, while bringing their movement across the country with an upcoming performance in Davao City on May 30
