CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines — DITO Telecommunity is expanding its retail presence in Mindanao through a new partnership with Cham’s Convenience Store, making DITO products more accessible to customers in local communities across the region.
Under the partnership, DITO Prepaid Starter Packs and Prepaid Load will be available across 24 Cham’s stores in Mindanao, providing customers with another convenient way to access DITO products as part of their everyday routines.
The partnership forms part of DITO’s continuing strategy to expand and diversify its distribution channels by working with established local retailers with strong community presence.

“Expanding DITO is not simply about adding more points of sale. It is about being present where our customers already are and working with partners that understand the communities they serve. Through Cham ‘s, we can make DITO more accessible to customers across Mindanao,” said Luisa Lansigan, Vice President for Strategic Channel Management at DITO Telecommunity.
Cham’s Convenience Store is operated by the LCG Group of Companies, a Cagayan de Oro City-based business group with interests in FMCG distribution, automotive services, and other consumer-focused businesses. Its established presence in Mindanao gives DITO a strong local partner as it continues to broaden its reach in the region.
“It’s a partnership and it’s business, but the key word is relationship. We want to grow together in different ways, and I believe one of the best advantages of having a local partner is the shared understanding of the local market.” said Luigi Chang, General Manager of Chams Convenience Store.
The partnership brings DITO products into a retail environment built around everyday convenience, allowing customers to purchase DITO Starter Packs and Load alongside their regular store visits.
The DITO-Cham’s partnership supports DITO’s continued expansion in Mindanao while opening opportunities for both companies to grow their customer base and strengthen their presence in local communities.
